welcome.
I’m Jennie, and I’m so glad you’re here.
With years of professional training, dedicated self-study, and hands-on experience, I guide women toward becoming the healthiest, happiest versions of themselves—inside and out.
At the heart of my practice is a deep commitment to helping women feel their best at every stage of life. Whether you're navigating the complexities of fertility, managing a specific women's health issue, or seeking to enhance your overall well-being, I’m here to support you with a tailored approach that honors your unique journey. Together, we’ll explore the root causes of your health concerns and create a personalized plan to help you thrive.
MY STORY
My journey as a women’s wellness coach began more than a decade ago when I committed myself to the power of alternative wellness and natural modalities as a path to empowerment. With a Master’s degree from Harvard, I have served as a community herbalist, perinatal doula, natural childbirth educator, and lactation consultant in the greater Boston area, where I supported countless women through transformative stages of their lives.
I began my studies in herbal medicine in 2011 and have since enjoyed many teachers and mentors who have been formative as I develop my clinical practice. Herbal medicine taps into the healing power of plants, offering natural, effective support for the body’s innate ability to restore balance. In women's health, it provides a gentle yet profound way to address root causes of imbalances, offering an alternative or complement to conventional treatments.
Other modalities I have experience in are Transcendental Meditation, Reiki as a Level 2 practitioner, and Kundalini Yoga, as well as other forms of breath work and meditation.
In 2016, I took a step back from my professional roles to embrace motherhood and homemaking. However, my own challenges with secondary infertility, IVF treatments, and recurrent miscarriages reignited my passion for holistic healing, leading me to develop a specialized framework, The Fertility Ecosystem™, using exposome science and epigenetic optimization that empowers women to overcome infertility and embrace their unique journeys to motherhood.
I’m now the mother of two children, both born naturally at home. My philosophy as a practitioner extends to my work as a parent. Our home culture is heavily inspired by Waldorf pedagogy, which is to say that there is an emphasis on fostering creativity, imagination, and a deep connection to nature. We prioritize simplicity, rhythm, and the cultivation of curiosity and independence, allowing our children to explore the world around them at their own pace. This approach, rooted in holistic principles, mirrors my practice, where I guide clients toward balance and wellness by listening to the body’s natural rhythms, exploring its energetics, and supporting its innate ability to heal.
After years of coaching women, I’ve decided to continue my professional development: I’m currently an R.N. candidate at Utica University and working toward becoming a Nurse Practitioner in family medicine.
I live in upstate New York with my family and our English Setter, Maybelle. When I’m not helping women achieve their dreams of wellness and motherhood, I enjoy reading, riding horses, watching tennis, cooking, traveling to new countries, and spending time with my family.
